Turkey Craft

The holidays are always a fun time to work on crafts with kids, and boost those fine motor skills! Here is a super fun Thanksgiving craft your little ones are sure to love! Shout out to Printabulls for their ADORABLE template!

Materials:

  • Construction Paper

  • Glue/glue stick

  • Scissors

  • Crayons/Colored Pencils/Paint

  • Outline of Turkey Template

Step 1:

Gather all the materials. You will need one construction paper (8 ½ by 11), or you may even cut the paper in half to save paper.

Step 2:

Cut out the turkey template and place them to the side.

Step 3:

Color each of the pieces. If your child prefers to paint, glue first, then paint and allow time to dry.

Step 4:

Glue the feathers (total of 6) onto the construction paper.

Step 5:

Glue the body of the turkey onto the construction paper, making sure the feathers are being shown.

Step 6:

Glue the feet onto the paper tucking the legs under the bottom part of the turkey’s body.

Step 7 (optional):

Write your name and something/someone you are thankful for.
